Our first date--he ordered a burger, I ordered a quesadilla. It was hole-in-the wall dive bar, yet was the perfect backdrop. We hit it off right away and I knew he was special because I didn't touch my quesadilla the whole time. Our next date was a movie night, I asked him what his favorite movies were and he mentioned Star Wars. If anyone knows me, Star Wars is my guilty-pleasure. When he proceeded to quote Emperor Palpatine and Jar Jar Binks, I knew I would marry this man. Our life together has blossomed over these four years, to include four fur-babies into our lives. We saw each other through college, crazy roommates, ups and downs, success and losses. Hand in hand, there was nothing we can't do together. We look forward to our next journey together, to unite as husband and wife, and to share this joy with our loving family and friends.
