We understand that the pandemic is an ongoing concern and that things can change at any minute. We will continue to closely monitor CDC, state, and local recommendations and will update protocols accordingly. All vendors and guests must be vaccinated in order to attend.
Yes. For the health and safety of our family and friends, we ask that all attending guests are fully vaccinated.
Because this is a destination wedding, we ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline for RSVPs is August 1, 2022.
As much as we love your children, we'd love our guests to enjoy a kid-free evening. If there are special circumstances, please let us know.
You should book travel as soon as you RSVP. October is a very popular time for tourists in Asheville and accommodations can fill up quickly!
Yes! We have a special rate for guests who wish to stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Copy and paste the link below for more information! https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1645022871040&key=GRP&app=resvlink
Cocktail attire -- dresses, jumpsuits, slacks, jackets -- whatever makes you feel great! Please keep in mind that the event takes place on a farm with grass and dirt so wear appropriate shoes (or bring a backup). Also, it can get chilly in the mountains so you may want to bring a jacket for later in the evening.
Yes, there is parking on site but it is very limited (only 50 spaces total). We encourage guests to carpool or Uber to/from the venue if possible!
The entire wedding will take place at Emerald Ridge Farm in several different locations. You can walk to/from each area, but there will also be a golf cart available to help transport guests who need assistance or who just want to hop aboard the "wedding wagon."
There will be gluten free and vegan food/dessert options.
