Hotel Area #1 : Northeast Ann Arbor - 25 minutes to DTW, 22 minutes to venue. Close to Ann Arbor & logistically the best location. Not walkable. < 150$ per night - Hampton Inn Ann Arbor-North - DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor-North - Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hotel Area #2: South Ann Arbor - 25 minutes to DTW, 30 minutes to venue. A little out of the way, but close to Ann Arbor, most hotel options. < 150 $ per night - Hampton Inn Ann Arbor-South - Fairfield Inn by Marriott Ann Arbor 150$ - 250$ per night - Hilton Garden Inn Ann Arbor - Sheraton Ann Arbor - Courtyard by Marriott Ann Arbor Hotel Area #3: Downtown Ann Arbor - 20 minutes to venue, 30 minutes to airport. Downtown Ann Arbor, walking to fun/character, more expensive. Price varies - most between 250 - 350$ per night - Graduate Ann Arbor - Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast Inn @ Rackham Gardens - Bell Tower Hotel - Exhibit A2 Hotel - Burnt Toast Inn & The Washington House (cute B&B) - Graduate Ann Arbor Hotel Area #4: Brighton - 10 minutes to venue, 40 from DTW. Not very walkable but Brighton has some cute shops/restaurants. < 150$ per night - Hampton Inn Brighton - Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Other Options: Ann Arbor typically has numerous Airbnb & VRBOs if you are interested in staying in a house. There are basically no unsafe locations in the Ann Arbor community (anything inside the 3 highways (23/94/14) so all options can be explored.
