The Wedding Website of Sara Clough and Erin Waters
Here's what we've discovered from exploring lodging and transportation options. We've researched hotels extensively; some of our best finds are listed below for you to proceed with your own reservation. We booked a room in the Union Square neighborhood, a commercial and hotel hub a bit northeast of where the ceremony will take place. All of the below options are thereabouts.

Travel Note

~ On Transportation ~

While you can rent a car when visiting, it may be cheaper and easier to plan to walk or use public transit. Using Clipper [link below] lets you pay for nearly all of the Bay Area's overlapping transit options (MUNI, BART, CalTrain, etc.) with one account: either on your phone using your wallet app or via card purchased online, from a kiosk, or at a designated retailer. If you load your account or buy a Clipper card at the airport, you can use it get to your hotel for about $15; otherwise, a Lyft/Uber will run about $37 or a taxi $55-65 from SFO to downtown.
