For those of you traveling to celebrate with us, we invite you to join us for welcome drinks and light bites on Friday evening! Suds Factory River Grill is right in the heart of Baldwinsville, and many other bars are in walking distance should you wish to continue the party.

If you are staying at the Towneplace Suites or Hampton Inn, there will be shuttle buses departing at 3:30 PM. Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors along the Seneca River. Upon arrival at Timber Banks, event staff will guide guests to the path leading to the ceremony site. Please note that the path is gravel, so we recommend planning footwear accordingly. Golf carts will be available for guests who may need assistance. As the ceremony is outdoors, we suggest dressing warmly as needed.

For those who would like to keep the celebration going, please join us for an after-party at Hometeam Pub in Radisson. Shuttles will be provided to transport guests to the after-party location, as well as back to the hotel for anyone opting to call it a night early. The shuttles will remain available until the end of the after-party to bring guests back to the hotel. For those not staying at the hotel, limited driver transportation will be available, and Uber is also an option.
