What time should I arrive at Dene Summerhouse for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 10am sharp. As Dene Summerhouse is located inside Central Park, do allot time for parking and walking to the Summerhouse. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early.

How to get to Dene Summerhouse at Central Park?

Answer

Nearest Park Entrance: 67th Street and 5th Avenue Located in a busy section of the Park near the Mall and the Central Park Zoo. Hidden in plain sight just off of 5th Avenue, the Dene Summerhouse is a quaint, rustic gazebo topped with lush ivy.

With the latest CDC Guidelines, will I need to wear a mask at the wedding reception (3 West Club)?

Answer

Mayor DeBlasio announced that all employees and guests where indoor events and indoor dining takes place must be vaccinated. This mandate goes into effect on August 16th with strict enforcement beginning on September 13th. This mandate requires all of 3 West Club's employees to be vaccinated, but it also requires them to check for proof of vaccination from the wedding guests (no mask required with proof of vaccination). As of right now, only one vaccine dose is required, and children under the age of 12 are exempt from the rule as they are not eligible to receive the vaccine at this time. Acceptable forms of proof include the New York State Excelsior Pass, the NYC pass, and the paper vaccine card. They have assured us that all their staff are vaccinated as well - mandated for their employees. All wedding guests and vendors must show proof of vaccination to the Front Desk Agent at the lobby. What's the dress code for the reception at 3 West Club?

Answer

Business Casual Attire is required throughout the Clubhouse. Prohibited clothing in the clubhouse are as follows: Jeans, designer denim apparel and other denim clothing, shorts, Capri, clam digger and cargo pants, t-shirts, halter-topped sportswear and bare midriff tops, mini-shirts, workout or warm-up suits, beach or thong sandals and sneakers or other athletic shoes.

Cocktail Hour starts at 3pm in the Lounge, followed by wedding reception at the Solarium from 4pm to 8pm on Sep 19, 2021.

Yes! If you're looking to stay at the 3 West Club, please let us (Debbie or Erik) know ASAP so we can make the necessary arrangement and connect you to the Director of Operations at 3 West Club. With the discount, the King bedrooms are $219/ night plus taxes. Queen and Twin bedrooms are both $209/ night plus taxes. The Junior and Superior suites would be $244/ night plus taxes and Master Suite is $269/ night plus taxes.
