Richmond International Airport

RIC is about an hour from Williamsburg, so you'd likely need to rent a car, but it can accommodate the most departure locations of any airport in the area.

Flight

Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport

Newport News Airport (PHF) is about 30 minutes from William & Mary. It's great if you can find a flight there, but being a smaller airport, that may be harder depending on your departure location.

Train

Williamsburg Amtrak Station (WBG)

I once walked the 30 minutes from the Williamsburg Amtrak Station back to my freshman dorm in the dead of night. Maybe don't do that, but do see if train travel can work for you.
