Our hope is that all guests who are eligible for a vaccine will have been vaccinated by the wedding date to ensure that all guests are able to comfortably enjoy the day. We recognize that large gatherings carry some risk and hope to mitigate this as much as possible. If you are not planning to receive a vaccination please reach out to us.
As we love you and your children, we want for you to enjoy the wedding as much you can! By all means, please bring your children for the weekend, just let us know in advance who will be attending so we can have kids' meals for them.
Boston in the summertime is gorgeous! You could visit newbury street for shopping, walk around the historic South End or Beacon Hill, and enjoy some outdoor dining (which I have to say Boston has really perfected in the era of COVID). If you choose to stay in the city, there are several hotels with different price points. Feel free to reach out to us separately and we're happy to help guide you through your decision! Alternatively, there are several small towns (Newburyport, Rockport, Essex) near our wedding venue where you can find several homes for rent (ie Atlantic vacation homes, VRBO, AirBnB). This option is perfect for families or those of you looking to spend a few days soaking up the sun! There are several beaches in the area, farms for berry picking, casual seafood, and breweries to keep you busy.
Depends on where you choose to stay. Boston is a small and walkable city, so we recommend getting around with uber/lyft and in many cases you'll want to just walk around! We will provide transportation from Boston (Four Seasons - One Dalton location; Loews Boston Hotel) to and from the venue. If you choose to stay in an airbnb style place in the North Shore, you will need a rental car. We will have free parking at the venue. Safety comes first, so should you need to leave your car overnight, you may pick it up by 10AM the following morning.
