Ceremony: The Arboretum at Flagstaff - 4001 S Woody Mountain Rd, Flagstaff, AZ 86005 Reception: Sosta - 413 N San Francisco St, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 The ceremony venue and the reception venue are 20 minutes apart.
Parking is limited in Flagstaff, so we highly encourage carpooling, Uber, or Lyft. For those driving from nearby, there is limited, free on-site parking available at both venues. Please plan ahead to allow extra time for traffic and parking.
The venue doors open at 3:00 PM, one hour before our ceremony. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time to walk to the ceremony site (about a 10-minute walk from the parking lot) and find your seat. This way, you won’t miss a moment of the celebration!
Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the afternoon to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Cocktail hour and the reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, so you can move around and enjoy the best of both!
We’re celebrating in style! Please wear cocktail attire - think elegant but comfortable. This includes cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, little black dresses, or suits with dark jackets and slacks. Since parts of the celebration will be outdoors, we recommend shoes you can comfortably walk in and layers if it gets chilly.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to send a gift, we are registered through Zola, and you can view our registry by clicking on the “Registry” tab on our website. Gifts can be delivered to our home at 4151 E Pony Ln Gilbert, AZ 85295 USA. There will also be a wedding card box at our reception for any cards you bring. Flagstaff Regional Airport (FLG) is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from FLG via taxi, public transit or ride share. Phoenix Sky Harbor International (PHX) is the next closest airport but is 2 hours away from the venue.
September in Flagstaff is generally mild and comfortable, with daytime highs around 70–80°F (21–27°C) and evening lows dropping to 40–50°F (4–10°C). Layers are key, as mornings and evenings can be chilly even if the afternoons are warm.
