Rush Creek Lodge and Spa at Yosemite
Rushcreek Lodge is our main venue for the wedding weekend. Erika and Barrett will be staying there along with any friends and family who would like to as well. There will be an on-site event both Friday and Saturday. Our room block is set up under “Bent Reese Wedding”. Please book online through their website using the group block code 0522REESE27. When booking, change the default "promo code" drop down to "group code" when applying the group block code. There is a 2-night minimum for any room bookings. For those wishing to book outside of the room block please call and use the group code over the phone. Please keep in mind that the room block is released on 1/22/2027, so you need to book before that point to receive any applicable discount and to ensure that there is room availability. Once a room block releases, guests can call and give the code over the phone but rooms are based on availability. The discounted rate is honored the entire time. You may also book their Advance Purchase Rate which is a lower room rate that requires 100% full pre-payment that is fully non-refundable. It doesn’t give the same flexibility as the group contracts. This rate fluctuates as demand increases. Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 11am.

The closest major airport to Yosemite National Park is Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), located about 65 miles south of the park, offering a 1.5 to 2-hour drive to the southern entrance. While closer, it is smaller than major hubs like San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or San Jose International Airport (SAC), which are 3-4 hours away.
