Erika and Julie have been friends since 1986, where they met in 1st grade at St Pius X grade school in Ohio. They have a bond that can't be broken and have seen each other through all of life's ups and down.

Kealie and Erika met in 1991, when Erika was in 4th grade. Kealie tried to corrupt Erika by telling her non-age-appropriate jokes on the playground, and they have been like sisters ever since. They share a deep love of country music and have been to concerts together all over the country.
Christa Kadiev

Erika and Christa met in 1999 in college at The University of Dayton and have been best friends and family ever since. Erika couldn't believe her luck when Christa decided to move to Charlotte less than a year after Erika 13 years ago! Erika loves watching Christa's four boys (yes, FOUR BOYS) grow up, all of whom call her Aunt Erika.

Erika and Jessica met 10 years ago through someone Erika dated. While the relationship obviously didn't last, Erika got to keep Jessica in the break up, and she has been grateful for that ever since. Jessica is a steady constant and one of the most loyal people Erika knows. She has an amazing ability to bring a quick-witted one liner to any situation!
Charlie Ewart

One of Todd's 16 year old boys, the oldest by one minute! Charlie is an amazing chef, is obsessed with all things fantasy football, plays soccer, and is a snowboarder.
George Ewart

Charlie's twin brother. The tallest Ewart boy. He spends hours shooting hoops, loves to sleep like most teenage boys (and maybe a little more), and has a smile that will melt any heart.
Henry Ewart

The youngest Ewart boy. Henry is wise beyond his years and like Todd, knows everything and is never wrong. All jokes aside, he’s one bright kid with a high EQ. He endeared himself to Erika’s friends when he once spent over 3 hours chatting it up with them one Friday night.
Shawn Wilkerson

Shawn and Todd have been friends for over 25 years. They manage to remain dear friends even though they do business together, are both never wrong, and are the two most stubborn people you will ever meet. They’ve experienced the ups and downs of life together and that has only made their friendship even more special. Shawn and his wife Ann are who set Erika and Todd up.

Todd met Jon in 1988 in high school and they have remained very close friends. Todd has considered Jon a part of his family ever since. Make sure to ask Jon to give a toast to the bride and groom (haha).

Dan and Todd met working their way through their early twenties at a local Charlotte restaurant. Dan, a literal Yankee (boo Yankees) - and Todd, a southerner. Their friendship is as juvenile as it is strong and the infectious boyish laughter they share is only part of a very special bond.

Erika’s nephew and one of her six godchildren. McClain was the first grandchild in the Daniel family and is their whole world and the love of their lives.
