We highly recommend taking the public Park City bus from Main Street to Deer Valley. Get off at the Solamere stop and walk 0.4 miles up the street to the Swim and Tennis Club! The Swim & Tennis Club has free parking for anyone who would like to drive instead.
Do not get a last minute Uber. Rides are rarely accepted to the rural location of the wedding venue. Take the transportation we're providing for you instead! Private transportation via bus will be provided for guests between Main St. in Park City and the 4U Ranch venue. Buses will arrive at the corner of 9th St and Main St at 3:00 PM for loading. Buses leave PROMPTLY at 3:15 PM. Call a bus captain if you need help or are running a minute behind (Jason McShane 530-320-1040 and Kelsey Cummings 847-217-6836). This is a loading only zone, so the buses can't hang around long. Parking is available at the venue. If you drive and plan on drinking, you can leave your vehicle at the venue overnight and pickup the next morning. Keep in mind Ubers DO NOT pickup from this location but our buses can take you back.
Park City Transit System - FREE bus system with its central transit center right off of Main St. Takes 5 minutes to ride the bus from Main to the Welcome Party in Deer Valley. This is the preferred mode of transportation for close by destinations (~2 miles) Uber - still a little spotty in Park City so wait times can widely vary The Park City App - locally owned ride share, more reliable than Uber up here High Valley Transit App - free on-demand, door-to-door micro transit
Formal / Black tie formal. Full length dresses and dark suits are preferred. Tuxedos NOT required. Colors, patterns, textures, and fun styles are welcome! At the end of the day though, we just want to see you there regardless of clothing choice so don't sweat it :)
