Formal / Black tie formal (Dark tuxedo/suit and floor length gown encouraged). Ceremony is outdoors, so dress comfortably for warm weather and consider block heels for uneven ground.
3:00 PM - Buses will pick up guests from the corner of 9th St and Main St (coordinates 40.64838 N, 111.49901 W) for transport to the venue. Buses leave PROMPTLY at 3:15 PM. Call a bus captain if you need help (Jason McShane 530-320-1040 and Kelsey Cummings 847-217-6836). 3:30 PM - Musical prelude starts 4:00 PM - Ceremony 4:30 PM - Cocktail Hour 5:45 PM - Reception dinner 7:45 PM - Dancing 10:00 PM - Send off, buses pickup guests 10:30 PM (optional) - Continue the party on Main Street with the Bride & Groom!
