TOUR SET UP FOR 10:00 ON FRIDAY JUNE 4th. TEXT 936-499-8048 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED NO LATER THAN JUNE 2nd!!! Sun Studio is known worldwide as “The Birthplace of Rock’n’roll”. It is the discovery location of musical legends and genres of the 50’s from B.B. King and Elvis Presley to Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis; from Blues and Gospel to Country and Rock’n'roll. Today our goal is to spread the story of Memphis’ history and culture through the music that put Memphis on the map. Stand in the very same spot that Elvis first recorded. Your tour guide will tell you the inside stories of B.B. King, Howlin' Wolf and Ike Turner before Elvis, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, & Roy Orbison who were all drawn to the new Sun Sound. Hear the voices of musicians that still haunt this studio, as you listen to outtakes from recording sessions and feel the energy of the music created here.

TEXT 936-499-8048 IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTAKE!! The Memphis Redbirds is the AAA baseball team for the St. Louis Cardinals. They are GOOD! They are also in town the week of the wedding, so if you are looking for something to do I would highly suggest this! If you are not going to be part of the suite, don't forget to tell them if you are military. They have great discounts for that! The ballpark is right downtown and it's GREAT!
TPC Southwind

TPC Southwind’s par-70, 7,244-yard championship layout was designed by noted architect Ron Prichard, with PGA TOUR players Hubert Green and Fuzzy Zoeller serving as consultants. The golf course features undulating zoysia fairways, champion Bermuda greens and numerous lakes, streams and ponds. Adding to the charm of the golf course are two grain silos and a windmill, remnants of the dairy farm once located on the site. In January 2012, TPC Southwind was ranked No. 23 in Golf World magazine’s Exclusive PGA Tour Course Rankings. The golf course has long been rated one of the more challenging courses on the PGA TOUR schedule. Five sets of tees, including a family-friendly option on each hole, affords golfers of all abilities a chance to enjoy TPC Southwind.

Bass Pro Shop at the Pyramid
The view (and cocktails) is worth the elevator ride to the top! Don't forget to let them know if you are military! Also, if you end up having a meal at the top, they use your payment for the elevator ride towards your food bill (sorry it does not count for just drinks).
The Peabody Memphis
You have to sit and have a cocktail in the lobby of the Peabody Hotel and listen to the "Duckmaster" tell the history while the ducks march in/out of the elevator. The ducks live in a sanctuary on the roof, but at 11:00AM they march into the lobby and spend the day in the lobby fountain. At 5:00PM they are led back up to their home on the roof for the night. Be sure to get there early for a seat!
