For those that have booked directly through our Travel Agency (Romance Travel), you should shortly be receiving an email asking for flight documents. The agent will be using that info to coordinate all of the transfer details, to assure there is no need to worry about anything from the moment you hop on the plane to Mexico, till the moment you arrive back home! With this information, will also be used to set up everybody's return COVID test (that is complimentary and done directly at the resort), for all guests for a max of 72 hours prior to their flights back home. Our travel agent will also be sending updates leading up to the big day about any updates or adjustments to any regulations, to keep all guests as informed as possible throughout the process.
