Where are the ceremony, cocktail, and reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held at the Beach Deck. The cocktail hour will be at the Poseidon Beach Club which is a short walk from the Ceremony location. The reception will be held at the Convention Center Terrace which will be on the other side of the resort - may walk, take a trolley, or take a boat to arrive at the reception location. Please visit our "Schedule" tab for a look at the timeline of each event.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Yes! Once you have booked your stay, your only responsibility is to kick back and enjoy your time celebrating with the soon to Mr. and Mrs. Ibañez!

We are so excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend and would love to welcome you by inviting you to our ALL WHITE Welcome Party! We ask that you please wear All White cocktail attire.

What should I wear to the wedding? Is there a dress code?

We ask that everyone please attends the wedding in Black Tie attire.

Everyone invited to the wedding is allowed a plus one.

Will transportation be provided to the hotel and back from the airport?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be set up for your arrival and return to the airport through Romance Travel. Please visit the travel section for more information.
