We are hiring a charter bus to transport guests to Belle Isle. There will be a few options for bus transportation from Dublin to Belle Isle. Bus departs Dublin Airport around 10 am to Dublin city center. This is an opportunity to spend a few hours in Dublin on foot. The bus then leaves Dublin center around 3 pm to pickup the afternoon group from Dublin Airport at 4 pm, then travels directly to Belle Isle.

Informal family style meals are planned at the castle main kitchens and dining rooms during the week (not including organized meals such as Rehearsal Dinner and Reception). Please let us know if you would like to participate in these informal meals. Please indicate if you have any eating restrictions or food allergies.
9:30 am - 5:00 pm
We are taking a tour of some local attractions! Transportation is provided. Tours will be booked in advance. Explore Streedah Beach, with optional horseback riding (please RSVP for riding). Then, we head to the Jam Pot Cafe for a private lunch. 8 euro per person Finally, we head to a farm on the coast to see a sheep dog demonstration. Most farmers in Ireland still use sheep dogs to move the flocks of sheep around. (Admission 5 Euros adults, 3 Euros children)

Pub crawl to explore the many fine drinking establishments of Enniskillen. Come have a pint (or five) of Guinness Extra Cold.
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Test your skill at archery and/or clay pigeon shooting on the estate. Archery - 20 GBP/person (no age minimum) Clay Pigeon Shooting - 40 GBP/person

Semi-formal or Summer Smart Casual
Rehearsal dinner in the Castle dining room preceded by a traditional Chinese tea ceremony.

Wondering what to wear? Here's an excerpt from British Vogue: "The idea of wearing a long formal gown is considered a little showy or even inappropriate. In the UK, female guests tend to stick to more summery and celebratory - even whimsical - frocks. Chiffons, ruffles, and floral prints are all considered the more festive route to take. " And of course hats and fascinators are encouraged!

After-wedding tour of the local marble arch caves. Crawling underground may be the best way to fight a hangover. Admission: 11 GBP adults, 7.5 GBP seniors and kids

We're heading to the Antrim Coast and Giant's Causeway, which are designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Transportation will be provided. We'll be stopping at the Giant's Causeway and the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge to explore, and will be driving along the coastal road in between. Dinner in Ballycastle at Mortons Fish & Chips before driving back to Belle Isle.
