Our venue is located in a remote area with limited cell service and reception. To ensure a smooth and safe trip, we recommend downloading maps in advance and, if needed, pre-arranging Uber or other transportation ahead of time. Please drive responsibly—we want everyone to arrive and return safely!
Flight
For our out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).
Hotel
We have a hotel block at the Best Western Bastrop Pines Inn. You may book your reservation online with the linked URL or over the phone at 512-321-0900 by requesting the group rate for the Paulos Wedding. To take advantage of the block and group rate, please book on or before August 24, 2025. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, which means that if necessary, you may cancel free of charge up until 3 pm on the day prior to the arrival date.

We have a hotel block at the Comfort Suites in Bastrop. You may book your reservation online with the linked URL or over the phone at 512-321-3377 by requesting the group rate for the Paulos Wedding. To take advantage of the block and group rate, please book on or before September 10, 2025. Cancellation is free until October 9th.
