We’re collecting early responses to help us plan for the wedding weekend. If you already know whether or not you’ll be able to attend, we’d appreciate you letting us know now. Formal invitations and final RSVPs for all weekend events will still be sent closer to the wedding date.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 20–30 minutes early to get settled before the ceremony begins. The wedding will end at 10:00 PM.
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at the venue.
The wedding will be an indoor-outdoor celebration. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on grass. October in the Catskills is typically in the mid-60s to low 70s during the day, but evenings can get chilly, so we recommend bringing a wrap for later in the night.
To keep the celebration intimate and due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate guests formally listed on the invitation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration.
We highly recommend booking accommodations early. October is a busy and beautiful time in the Catskills, and lodging in the area fills up quickly. We also have a small hotel block at Wylder Hotel. Please visit the “Where to Stay” tab for additional information and recommendations.
Transportation will be provided to and from Windham, Tannersville, and Hunter for guests staying in those areas. Additional transportation details will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.
Yes, there is parking available onsite at the venue for guests who prefer to drive to and from the wedding.

Dinner will be served family-style to give everyone the opportunity to try a variety of dishes. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know during the formal RSVP process so we can accommodate accordingly.
