Wedding Rehearsal
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm

Quick rehearsal of the big day. Please arrive dressed for dinner! The immediate families and bridal parties will meet in the lobby of the Tidewater Inn at 4:45PM and briefly run through everything before the bus for the rehearsal dinner departs at 530PM!
Rehearsal Dinner

Garden Attire: Color encouraged! Bright/fancier sundresses or cocktail dresses with sandals/heels for women. You will be in grass, so plan shoes accordingly! For men- Button down shirts and pants. Blazer optional. No jeans or sneakers.
This event will be for bridal parties & their partners and any family that received an invitation! There will be a bus that will leave from Tidewater Inn lobby at 530PM. There will be cocktails, beer, wine and BBQ and we will be celebrating in the Holtsclaw's backyard! The bus will bring everyone back to the Tidewater Inn by 9pm if anyone would like to join us in hotel bar for informal welcome drinks. Can't wait to celebrate!

For anyone in town Friday, feel free to stop by the Hunter’s Tavern bar right off the Tidewater Inn lobby at 9pm! Eric and I will pop by for a drink or two before heading off to bed!

Wedding Ceremony

Cocktail attire. Dresses- mini, midi, or full length dresses or fancy jumpsuits. For men, suits with a jacket and tie.
Guests from Hampton Inn will be picked up in a shuttle at 430pm to ceremony. There is some limited transportation available from Tidewater to Trinity Cathedral for those with accessibility needs. If you drive, street parking or a gravel parking lot is available behind the church. We encourage our guests to walk! Following the ceremony, guests are able to drive or walk (7 minutes) down the street to the Tidewater Inn where the reception will be held!

Arrive ready to dance!! Hampton Inn guests will have shuttle service bring them from the Tidewater Inn back to their hotel at 11pm.
