Noah's Wedding Party
Noah met Bre while working at the Grand Hyatt Washington. They both moved to the DC area within a few weeks of each other and quickly bonded over living in a new city. Grand Hyatt was Noah's first job in a hotel, while Bre had an impressive 8-years with Hyatt under her belt. Bre taught Noah so much about the hotel side of event planning. Flash forward to today, Noah doesn't work at Hyatt but you can still find Noah & Bre enjoying a wine tasting or sharing stories at Quinn's. Noah is so thankful to call one of his greatest mentors, one of his greatest friends.
Veronica Najarro
Eric's Wedding Party
Eric met Veronica at DASH while he was an intern just beginning his transit career, and her bubbly, warm personality immediately stood out. What began as simple hallway hellos soon grew into a genuine friendship filled with hugs, laughter, and an easy sense of comfort. Through her unwavering positivity and her gentle ability to draw Eric out of his shell, Veronica created a space where he felt truly welcome and supported. While DASH has always felt like home to Eric, it was Veronica, and many others just like her, who made each day brighter and more meaningful than the last. Eric will always be grateful for his “buddy,” and for the fact that DASH did not just shape his career; it brought Veronica into his life.
Azaria Hlavin
Noah's Wedding Party
Noah met Azaria as two Theatre majors at Seton Hill University. Aside from working on four productions together in college, Noah and Azaria quickly bonded over their shared love of musical media (SMASH, Glee, Disney, etc.). When Azaria invited Noah to attend her Bachelorette trip to Disney World, Noah was introduced to a new love-- Disney/Theme Parks! This trip was so fun that they'd go again the next year and Noah is planning another trip for his own Bachelor party. Whether they're rope dropping Hollywood Studios or playing board games, it's a guaranteed good time when Noah and Azaria get together.
RJ Schugg
Eric's Wedding Party
Eric met RJ just before the pandemic through a friendship-making app called Bumble BFF. What began as casual drinks after work quickly grew into a close and meaningful friendship built on their shared love of unique and unconventional interests, Eric’s passion for public transit and RJ’s fascination with unusual historical facts. Their friendship is full of quirky adventures, including a memorable night at Paint Monkey recreating the infamous Pittsburgh sinkhole bus during a BYOB paint session, complete with subtle “corrections” to keep the bus accurate. Along the way, Eric introduced RJ to Duck Donuts, and RJ returned the favor with a donut-flavored beer. Eric is grateful they met at such a pivotal moment in both of their lives and is thankful to have RJ by his side on this special day.
