Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our venue's address is 1201 24th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20037. Once you arrive, you'll be directed to the Gallery Ballroom where the ceremony will take place. There's a small staircase you must descend to access the ceremony space, but our venue also has an elevator to the right of the lobby that can get you to the Gallery level.

What's the parking situation?

Wedding Day parking at the Park Hyatt is $25 (valet only). This rate is only valid on Saturday, September 5. Self Parking can be found at 2300 N St NW, Washington 20037. Daily parking here is $21.* Please see the "Travel" tab for overnight rates. *subject to change

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at nearby hotels?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at four hotels: Park Hyatt Washington D.C. Washington Marriott Georgetown Hyatt Place Washington DC/Georgetown/West End Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC/Georgetown Area Please book your stay by Tuesday, August 4, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. Use the codes found in the "Travel" tab or mention the Voigt Zaken wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

What's the easiest way to/from the wedding venue?

Answer

The wedding venue is walking distance (~5 minutes) from all suggested hotels found under the "Travel" tab. If you live locally, the closest Metro stations are Foggy Bottom-GWU (Orange/Silver/Blue) and Dupont Circle (Red).

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend will be clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 16 on our wedding day.

Question

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. We ask that men wear a suit and dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be completely indoors.
