One of our favorite things to do is "parallel play"! Mwikali does puzzles and Eric plays video games, just two best friends hanging out.

When Mwikali first graduated from her masters program, she was still looking for a job. Eric go her a Switch to give her something else to do other than worrying anxiously about applications.

We usually have breakfast together, Mwikali's favorite breakfast is Eric's pancakes.

Early in our relationship, Eric offered to make Mwikali some chai, not knowing that chai is the official beverage of Kenyans. When he served it to her, she looked at him and said "this is not chai"

Mwikali made him some real Kenyan chai. Eric's favorite morning beverage is Mwikali's chai.

Cat! Cat found us while we were on a date, we brought him home and now he's part of the family :)

Our first couple dates were at the park, we would walk around or have a little picnic and just talk

Hard to overstate how much we love going to the park.

We love celebrating each other's wins, we even have special dance to celebrate
