Welcome to the Party

Say hello to our bridal party! These are the people who have cheered us on, made us laugh, and helped us get here. We’re so grateful to have them by our side.

Courtney Sparkman

Matron of Honor

Kristin and I have known each other since we were babies. I’m pretty sure she was my very first friend which came in handy because we lived 2 houses away from each other. Because we have been inseparable for decades, so many of my favorite memories include Kristin; from playing dodgeball in our neighborhood to slip n slides in the backyard to crawling out of Disney parks at the end of long and fun days. Nothing makes me happier than my best friend being happy. I have loved watching Kristin and Eric’s love bloom over the last few years and I’m so honored and excited to celebrate with them on their special day.

Rene' Cardiel

Best Man

I grew up with Eric playing catch with the Belmar Boys on our cul de sac for hours. Sometimes it was football, other times we played basketball by sneaking in through the gate of the local school. Can't do that anymore, it's "fun proof" now. I'm glad we were all able to do that together.  In more recent years, Kristin has been part of Eric's life and she's really incredible. She's already helped me with a lot of things and I'm very happy my brother gets to marry someone of that caliber. I am elated to share this special day with them!

Bridesmaid

Where do I even begin with Kristin? For over 10 years, we’ve been inseparable—through delirious sleepovers filled with endless laughter, Disney trips where we were practically kids again, and even our unforgettable Mexico adventure (R.I.P). She’s been my sister in all but name, sharing life’s best and craziest moments. Watching her and Eric together, I see the same joy, laughter, and unbreakable bond that has defined our friendship. I couldn’t be happier to stand by her side today, knowing she’s found someone who makes her as happy as she deserves. Cheers to a lifetime of adventures ahead for these two!

Ben Tran

Groomsman

Eric and I go way back to our freshman year at UC Riverside. I remember first meeting him and noticed he had a clean line-up, pierced ears, baggy clothes, and a fresh pair of Air Max 90s. At that moment, I knew we were going to be good buddies. I mean, anyone who can rock baggy jeans and look like they're heading to a Nike commercial is my type of friend. Over the years, we’ve had some memorable adventures, but my favorite would definitely be our trip to the Philippines. We swam with whale sharks, jumped off 30-foot cliffs, and motorbiked through the bustling roads of Bohol. We came back with great memories, a few bug bites, and surprisingly, all our limbs intact. Flash forward 15 years, Eric has gone from my college roommate to one of my best friends. Sure, we've traded in the fresh line-ups and the baggy clothes for... well, let’s just say our golf polos are doing their best. But hey, the Air Max 90s? Those are forever. As the big day approaches, I’m beyond honored to be one of Eric’s groomsmen. I’m so happy for him and Kristin, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for them. Let’s just hope he doesn’t show up to the big day in those Air Max 90s!

Bridesmaid

I have known Kristin all my life as we grew up living on the same street and sharing in all the major milestones of youth. We have played together, cried together, and laughed together for decades. One of my favorite memories with Kristin puts us at Disneyland during Halloween time attending the special event Oogie Boogie Bash. We were sitting on a bench waiting for World of Color(a water projection show) dressed as the Sanderson sisters and Kristin had these fake buck teeth that she was being silly with. We were finally resting after having a fun day and excited for the new show. The energy was light and fun. Kristin’s usual goofing around was extra hilarious with the fake teeth. I’m so happy that someone I love very dearly has found someone who has filled her life with so much more love and joy. I’m excited to celebrate the happy couple on their upcoming special day.

Groomsman

My name is Mike and I have known Eric since the start of high school. He keeps me as one of his closest friends because I know all his deepest, darkest secrets that he will take to his grave. I am so excited to see Eric grow and make the transition from his high school years to the man he is now, a high schooler with a beard and a life partner. Also, my deepest condolences to Kristin for being the life-long DD to the man with the greatest tailgate brown-outs! All jokes aside, I am so happy for Eric and Kristin to be finally tying the knot and starting their life as a married couple! Love you, both!

Kelsey Koch

Bridesmaid

Hi, my name is Kelsey Koch and I have the honor of being one of Kristin’s bridesmaids! I met Kristin through work with the South San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department. However, our real bond started at a Bay Area Brew Fest in January 2020 and only grew stronger from there. There are many, many wonderful, fun, crazy times I’ve had with Kristin. But if I had to choose one favorite memory, it would be the 2021 Thanksgiving Eve we spent together. Kristin was house sitting for her family friends in North Beach and asked if I wanted to come over and she would cook dinner for me. I immediately agreed because you would be crazy to turn down any opportunity to eat Kristin’s cooking! We drank wine, Kristin cooked, we drank more wine, and we talked for hours, just catching up on life. It was the most idyllic night getting to be with one of my closest friends simply enjoying each other’s company. And her brown butter sage gnocchi was to die for (Eric, you are wrong on this one)! Although my friendship with Kristin may seem on the newer side, I feel I have gotten to know her pretty well over the past few years. She is genuine, smart, funny, loyal, and above all else, she is kind. It has been amazing getting to see my friend meet her best friend in life, and to see them bring out the best in one another. I am honored to stand by Kristin’s side as she marries Eric, and they continue building this beautiful life with one another.

Edward Aquino

Groomsman

Hi! I’m Eddie Aquino and I have the honor of being groomsman # (insert cool and respectable number here) I’ve known Eric for 20+ years. We’ve been through more than the allotted word limit will let me share. He’s been there through all my highs and all my lows. He’s given me my flowers as well a shoulder to lean on. He has been nothing but the best to me which is why I am honored to be sharing this special day with them. Eric & Kristin, I wish you a lifetime of happiness. May there be lots of laughs and lots of love. Remember to cherish every moment. But most importantly, remember that a happy wife is a happy life. Love you both and congratulations on this day.

Bridesmaid

Kristin and I have known each other our entire lives.  Because our dads are best friends, we have been able to grow up together and I will always consider Kristin my big sister!  In addition to all of the family parties, graduations and other milestones we’ve been able to share together, we also used to work together (she was my Uber driver until I finally got my license!).  I will never forget our Friday night Poke Bowl nights or after work cocktail hours!  One of my favorite memories with Kristin is from her dad Al’s 50th birthday party, where she poured me my very first shot (which was Jack Daniel’s of course)!  Unfortunately, I had to chase it with a sip of coke and she was disappointed to say the least. Like father, like daughter! I am very excited for Kristin and Eric and grateful to be a part of their special day. They truly were made for each other! (And I love you Al!)

Christian Than

Groomsman

To my dearest Gustav, As all great tales begin, Eric and I have been the best of friends for about two decades. We met in high school and I don’t remember exactly how we met but maan, I always did remember that he looked absolutely spectacular on that baseball field and in that amazing band jacket. Us just being 2 high school stud athletes we always had a great memories. From the high school days to where he met me almost every morning before summer school (even though he didn't have summer school) to the college days where we always partied at whatever house I was living in at the time & the missed concerts because we don't know how to fix cars, to today where we still participate in mans greatest form of bonding, a fantasy football league and endless meats with boyz, it’s always been great memories every time we’re together. I will say every time we do link up Eric somehow injures himself. Many of the scars he has are actually just fond memories of the great times we had. He truly is one of my closest friends and is someone who is 100% down to have a great time. I’m so honored to be a part of this amazing day for him and Kristin and can't wait to celebrate with both of them!

Jamie Smith

Bridesmaid

Kristin has been a part of my life since August 8, 2003, the day I was born! Our dads are best friends who were also in each other's weddings. Ever since I was little, the Pierotti Family has always been considered family. Kristin has been my babysitter, coworker, Disneyland tour guide, and personal bodyguard! Most importantly, I consider Kristin a sister, who has always been there for me. One of my favorite memories was during my senior year when I was unable to have the traditional prom experience at school. Kristin, with Becca's help, planned my senior prom which was held in the Kerrisk Family living room. We were all dressed up, hair and makeup done, and we even had limo service. It was a night I will never forget!! She made that day special for me and I am excited that I was asked to be a part of making this day special for her. I am so happy for Kristin and Eric and forever grateful that I was promoted from my flower girl duties!

Justin Cano

Groomsman

Eric and I have known each other since the good ol’ Riordan days. From questioning how he made the baseball team, to marching together in the marching band and being part of the LIFE team, I’ve always considered Eric to be one of my closest friends. Once roomies at UC Riverside, Eric and I were pretty wide-eyed and a bit naive when we left for college. As freshmen without a car but wanting to explore, we thought it’d be a good idea to ride our bikes 10 miles to the nearest mall, only to realize there was nothing really to do and decided to bus back to campus because we were so tired. Fast forward to today, I’m glad to still have Eric as a close friend and I’m honored to be a part of Eric’s groomsmen to celebrate his and Kristin’s special day.
