Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize our vendors. However, the deadline is July 22.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire: Cocktail Attire Ladies: midi, maxi, cocktail-length dresses or dressy jumpsuits Gentlemen: Suits or blazers with dress shirts (tie optional); no jeans Our ceremony will take place outdoors at the top of the mountain. The stairs to the gondola are metal grates and the short walk to the yoga deck is gravel. Please be mindful of the terrain and choose footwear accordingly. We ask that you please refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or any color typically reserved for the bride. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we kindly request that our wedding ceremony/reception be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night away with us!

Question

Plus-ones

Answer

We’re keeping our celebration intimate and have carefully planned our guest list. As a result, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation.

Question

Transportation

Answer

We will have a shuttle running from the resort lodging to the gondola/reception site before, during and after the ceremony. There is ample parking at the base of the village. Ceremony: To add a little adventure to our day, the Ceremony will be held on the summit deck at the top of the mountain, accessible only by gondola. We invite you to enjoy the scenic views to and from the ceremony. The gondola station is located at the base of the mountain, please plan to arrive 35-40 minutes prior to the ceremony to catch your ride. It is about a 15 minute ride one way. We will have a special transport available from the gondola to the ceremony site (unpaved ground) for those who need it. If you require special assistance, please reach out to us directly.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typical day ranges from a high of 77°F to a low of 58°F. The ceremony will take place outdoors at the top of the mountain. Temperatures at the summit are often 1-5°F colder than the base and breezy. We recommend bringing a shawl or jacket for the ceremony. The Reception will be held indoors.
