Flight: The closest airport to fly in to is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Most major airlines fly in and out of there. The other option would be Dallas Love Field (DAL), which Southwest Airlines operates out of. It is a little further, but is another option if you need one. 

Hotels: Below are two hotels we recommend that are located near the reception site. There is a room block at the Delta Hotel, see below for more information.
