Our Story

The Wedding Website of Kate Broderick and Eric Faust

Our story began in Duluth, MN, in September 2019, when our college roommates played matchmakers. Fast forward, and here we are—a classic "COVID couple!" With Eric in St. Cloud and Kate in Prior Lake, our "dates" were FaceTime marathons and dreaming of the day we could hang out in person. We still debate what counts as our “first date.” On April 12, 2020, Eric made the big drive to meet Kate’s family, and we made it official. Since then, we’ve shared over five years of adventures! We love exploring nature, watching Marvel movies (and collecting Marvel Legos), cheering on our Minnesota sports teams (SKOL!), and spending time with our family and friends. We’ve traveled together, with an Alaskan cruise being a favorite, but Duluth will always hold a special place in our hearts. On June 21, 2024, Eric proposed at his family’s lake house—one of our most cherished spots. Now, we’re so excited to bring everyone together to celebrate our love and the next chapter of our amazing journey!
