When is the last day to RSVP?
Answer
August 1, 2025. If we do not get an RSVP back by that date, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guests to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPS.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We’ll be hosting drinks for our guests up to a certain limit—including beer, wine, rail drinks, and High Noons. Once that amount runs out, the bar will switch to a cash/card option. Non-alcoholic options like soda, lemonade, and chilled juices will be included all night long. Come ready to raise a glass - cheers!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’re keeping it classy for this special day! Please come dressed in cocktail attire. For the ladies, think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates. For the gentlemen, a blazer or button-up shirt (tie optional) with dress pants is perfect. Please note that Brackett's Crossing does have a dress code. The following items are not permitted: ripped jeans, t-shirts, shorts, or tank tops.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Parking?
Answer
Yes, parking is available at both the church and the venue, so no need to stress about finding a spot! You’re also welcome to leave your car overnight in the Brackett’s Crossing parking lot, but please be sure to pick it up by noon the following day.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. No weather worries—come ready to celebrate comfortably!

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
This will be an adults-only event unless your invitation specifically mentions your little ones. Take the evening to relax and enjoy!

Last call for drinks will be at 10:00 PM, and the reception will officially end at 11:00 PM.

Will there be shuttles?
Answer
For your convenience, complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided between the hotel and Brackett’s Crossing. To Brackett’s Crossing: (DEPARTING FROM HOTEL) - 3:30 PM - 3:50 PM Return Shuttles: (DEPARTING FROM BRACKETT'S CROSSING BACK TO HOTEL) - 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM We encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle service so you can fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about transportation.
