These beautiful hotels are located in the heart of Cuenca, only 15 mins away from the venue. For your convenience a block of rooms have been reserved for the nights of Friday 08/14/26 & Saturday 08/15/26; please book early if planning to extend your stay. If booking from the U.S. call or text the hotel using WhatsApp to avoid international cellphone charges. Don't forget to mention the Johnston-Astudillo wedding to ensure availability.

Para su comodidad hemos reservado un bloque de habitaciones para las noches del Viernes 14/08/26 y Sábado 15/08/26; reserve con anticipación si desea extender su estadía. Si reserva desde EE. Shuttle

Shuttle to the Venue

A shuttle service will be provided to ensure you have a safe, stress-free day. The shuttles will depart from each hotel at 3:15 PM. The ride should be about 15-20 mins to the venue depending on traffic. At the end of the night the shuttle will be running back to the hotels every hour starting at 9:30PM.

Buseta a la Ceremonia

Un servicio de transporte a Jardines de San Joaquin estará a su disposición. Las busetas saldrán de cada hotel a las 15:15 horas y el viaje durará entre 15-20 minutos dependiendo del traffico. Al final de la noche, la buseta regresará a los hoteles cada hora a partir de las 21:30.
