Travel & Stay

Travel & Accommodations We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you in beautiful Peru! We know that traveling internationally takes some planning, so we’re here to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. Where to Stay: We have found that Airbnb is your best bet at getting a good deal, especially if you're traveling with more family or friends. There are places starting from $20/night per person to whatever your heart desires! We recommend staying in: MIRAFLORES – Great for nightlife, restaurants, proximity to venue BARRANCO – Exploring, proximity to venue To ensure you are choosing a good location in both of these cities, we recommend you choose somewhere closer to Park Kennedy because it's more centric. These two locations are about 45 minutes away from our wedding venue with traffic. If you have any questions about travel, accommodations, or making the most of your time in Peru, reach out to one of us!

Travel Note

UPDATE YOUR PASSPORT!

Remember to update your passport at least 6 months in advance! The agencies take a while to send you a new or renovated passport, please plan accordingly.

Flight

Delta flight to LIM

Group rates are no longer available. The group rate would have ended up being more than rate you get as an individual booking on your own. Remember to book to LIM (Jorge Chavez International Airport). This is the Peruvian airport you will be flying in to.

Travel Note

AirBnb or Hotel stay reminder

If you are booking an airbnb in Miraflores or Barranco, make sure that you are looking if they have A/C. It will be middle of summer July weather but more humid and if you're not good with heat, just remember Lima doesn't necessarily have A/C in all rental properties.

Travel Note

Transportation to the wedding venue

We are looking to work with our wedding planner to accommodate a large bus from a central point or several stops in Miraflores and/or Barranco to the wedding venue.
