🏔️ Machu Picchu – The Iconic Wonder of Peru Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Nestled high in the Andes, this ancient Incan citadel is as magical as it is mysterious. Whether you hike the Inca Trail or take the scenic train from Cusco, the views are unforgettable and the energy is unmatched. For this trip we are needing a headcount on who would like to book with us for a 3day/4night to Cusco/Machupicchu. The plan is: Wedding: Saturday, Feb 28th Rest/recover: Sunday, March 1st Fly out to Cusco early morning: Monday, March 2nd Tour Cusco, Ruins, and Machu Picchu 3days/4 night: Monday -Thursday March 2-5 Fly back to Lima: Thursday, March 5th If these days work for you, we would like to get a headcount of the people wanting to go so we can start telling our trip coordinator to get more details/prices for the exact days. Keep in mind: Machu Picchu tickets sell out months in advance, so we are trying to know by October 15th. The earlier the better!
This place is perfect if you're not able to stay much longer after the wedding but still want to sightsee!! It's a full day tour starting around 5am pick up, takes you to the city of Paracas where you will visit las Islas Ballestas on boat, where you can see penguins and sealions. Then to the city of Ica where you will be greeted with the oasis known as Huacachina. There are activities you can do like ride the dune buggies and sand board. Then back to to LIma that same night around 11pm. This trip could range from $80-$120 per person.
Looking for a wild adventure? Iquitos is the largest city in the world that you can’t reach by road—only by plane or boat! It's the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the Peruvian Amazon, where you can take jungle tours, spot exotic wildlife, and cruise down the Amazon River. This place ranges from pink river dolphins to lush rainforest lodges, Iquitos offers an unforgettable experience deep in nature’s heart. It’s a total vibe shift from the coast. From personal experience, Iquitos is a beautiful place to visit. They really do take you to your lodge by boat and then it depends what your tour includes. I went to an animal sanctuary, saw pink dolphins, night walking tour of the jungle. And of course got to eat their fresh food!
