When a room is reserved, the individual will be informed at that time of the available room or bed type. Please note the Marriott Saddle Brook will make every effort to make all of our guests comfortable but please be aware that the hotel is not responsible to honor a non-guaranteed request at the time of check-in. CUT-OFF DATE: You will be provided with a customized reservation link for your guests to use. Guests must make their reservations at least four (4) Weeks Prior to the arrival date in order to receive the group rate. All unreserved rooms in your block will be released for sale for the public if rooms are not used. If your guests do not ask for your party or if they call after the cut-off date, they will be given the best available rate at that time. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at time of booking. A major credit card to guarantee the room block is required at the signing of the agreement. TRANSPORTATION: Marriott Saddle Brook partners with a third-party transportation company. One (1) shuttle for up to two (2) round trips will be provided by the third-party transportation company to your venue on a first come, first serve basis. A minimum of forty (40) rooms must be reserved and actualized on the day of your event to secure a complimentary vehicle. The hotel is not responsible for transferring any guests above and beyond the capacity of the (2) round trips or guests that do not reserve their rooms within the group block. Gratuity is not included. In the event transportation services are cancelled by the third-party transportation company due to severe inclement weather, the Marriott Saddle Brook will not assume or accept the responsibility of providing alternative transportation.
