Reluctant to part ways, we found ourselves continuing the conversation in the car, sharing laughter and forming an undeniable connection. It was clear that we had stumbled upon something extraordinary, a bond unlike anything we had experienced before. As days turned into weeks our relationship blossomed further as we delved into heartfelt conversations, unveiling more about each other's dreams, fears, and aspirations. We fell for each other more deeply with every passing moment, though both of us hesitated to utter those three magical words, “I Love You!” Then, on August 15th, 2019, Eric gathered his courage and asked Dominique to be his girlfriend, solidifying our commitment to one another. Our love flourished, and it was evident that we were meant to be together. So much so that on June 25th, 2023, Eric took a knee and asked Dominique to be his partner for life, proposing marriage with a heart full of love and excitement.
