Our ceremony will be held at St. Katharine of Siena Church. The church currently has a 50% capacity limit in place which allows for 150 people (we are not inviting more than 150 guests). Every-other pew will be closed to allow for social distancing. Our ushers will be assisting guests with finding a comfortable seat - guests from the same family/household can sit together, otherwise we encourage you to spread out. Masks should be worn at all times inside the church, except during Communion (if you feel comfortable receiving) - your mask can be removed and the Eucharist may be accepted by hand. We are thrilled that our church will be able to live-stream the ceremony for those who cannot attend in person. Please enter your email address on the next page if you wish to receive the link for the live-stream.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Our reception will take place at The John James Audubon Center. The venue meets Pennsylvania's definition of an outdoor restaurant, and is able to accommodate 150 guests with 8-foot spacing between tables. We will be trying our best to keep tables grouped by family members/members of the same household.
The venue will require every guest to submit a Health Screen Waiver before entering. We will provide a link for you to submit this online 10 days before the event. Online submission is preferred; however, paper copies will be available if you forget to do it online ahead of time. Masks will be required for most of the reception. Masks can be temporarily removed for eating, drinking, taking photos, etc. The bartenders will not be allowed to serve you if you are not wearing a mask. Also, food cannot be served unless you are seated. This means you will not be approached with hors d'oeurves unless you are sitting during cocktail hour (there is plenty of bench-style seating along the patio where cocktail hour is planned!). While these measures may feel awkward, they are essential to keep everyone safe and healthy! Please do not feel pressured to attend if you will not feel comfortable following these precautions. Of course restrictions may ease by October, but for now this is the plan!
