Casual Outdoor Attire
Arrival in Middle-earth (Thursday) Fellowship members may arrive and settle into the property beginning at 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026. Parking is available on site, so no need for ponies (though they’d be welcome). A Day in the Shire (Friday) On Friday, enjoy a relaxed day of optional adventures and leisure: try your hand at skeet shooting, find your balance with yoga, explore flow arts, or enjoy classic lawn games. Come and go as you please... there’s no rush when you’re among friends in the Shire!

An Unexpected Rehersal Dinner

Middle-earth attire STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. This is a costume party. Hobbits, elves, dwarves, wizards, and men of Gondor are all welcome. Feel free to go all out in elven robes or keep it comfortably Hobbit-casual. Bare feet optional.
Step into the Shire for an Unexpected Rehearsal Dinner inspired by Bilbo Baggins’ legendary 111th birthday. Enjoy a shire feast, lively dancing, fiery performances, and heartfelt speeches as we gather to celebrate fellowship, adventure, and the journey ahead.

Pints at the Prancing Pony

After the ceremony, linger at the Cliffs for cocktail hour, where the fellowship gathers to sip, mingle, and soak in a golden Middle-earth sunset. Enjoy cocktails, conversation, and stunning views as the day turns to dusk.
The Long Expected Party

An evening of celebration, laughter, and togetherness worthy of Middle-earth. Enjoy a banquet feast fit for hobbits, raise a toast to fellowship and love, enjoy games on the back deck and dance the night away under the stars as the journey continues into happily ever after.
Gandalf’s Fireworks

Join us at the Cliffs for Gandalf’s Fireworks, a dazzling spectacle to light up the Middle-earth sky. A magical finale worthy of hobbits, wizards, and all who have journeyed together. Raise your glass, cheer with your fellowship, and let the stars shine on the happiest day of our adventure. Let the after party begin!
