What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal to Formal attire is requested. We’re envisioning an elevated, polished look for the evening.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No, our ceremony is at Zion Lutheran Church in Gowrie and our reception is at the Laramar Ballroom in Fort Dodge.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! At the church there is plenty of parking. At the reception there is parking across the street, a gravel parking lot behind the building, and street parking as well.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held indoors. Although Iowa is beautiful it can be unpredictable and this is the best way to control the climate. If you run a little “colder” in the AC a light jacket, or shawl, is never a bad ideas
