Question
Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will take place inside at the: The Hilton Netherland's Plaza Hall of Mirrors (3rd floor) 35 W 5th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202. There is valet parking to their parking garage ($35.00 a day), as well as local garage lots you can use to park (Please refer to our travel and hotel section for more parking information). We currently do not believe there will be any major events during our wedding weekend (Reds are away and FC Cincinnati is not scheduled to play that weekend currently). We are hoping parking prices are relatively normal for this weekend but will update this page if that changes! You could also use the free street car (The Connector) from your hotel if you are staying in a downtown location, or use Uber/Lyft.

Are Children Invited?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration with children of the immediate family only. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a date night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
Question
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes there is a dress code! Due to our venue, we want to see you dress to impress! We are requesting all our guests to dress in semi formal/cocktail attire (e.g., cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, blazer and dress pants, knee-length dresses, suit and tie). Please NO jeans or t-shirts! If you'd like to dress in our color palette, you can wear black or gold. Thank you!

Are there wheelchair accessible options?
Answer
There are elevators in the hotel and wheelchair accessible parking options. There are also hotel rooms at our venue that are wheelchair accessible. Please reach out to either Wes or Erica if you have specific accessibility questions that are not answered in our travel section.
Question
Can I bring +1/s not noted on my invitation?
Answer
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a +1, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Question
What happens if I forget to RSVP by the requested date?
Answer
If we do not get an RSVP by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked a as "No." We will miss celebrating with you; however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and CANNOT accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you in advance for understanding!

Will there be meal options for those with dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Answer
Short Answer: Yes! As best as we can accommodate. These are the meal options for our wedding day. We tried them all and found them all to be delicious! There will also be Hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour that are vegetarian and gluten free as well. Everyone will receive the salad listed below. Salad Baby Iceberg Salad (bacon (can be removed), onions, blistered grape tomatoes, smoked gouda dressing) Entrees Beef Duet (grilled 6oz filet, short rib ragout), roasted tomatoes, baby carrots, maitake mushrooms, and pommes dauphine House Made Tortellini (vegetarian), roasted garlic and ricotta tortellini, butternut squash, parmesan cream, fried sage French Cut Chicken Breast (gluten free), mashed potatoes, wine soaked cherries, brussels sprouts, rosemary port sauce We cannot confidently say any dishes are dairy free at this time. Once we get more information, we can let anyone know who has those concerns. No outside food can be brought into the venue. If any changes to the menu occur, we will let everyone know ASAP!
