You must call by March 6 to book a room. Rooms are blocked for Friday April 6 and Saturday April 7, 2018. Rate is $119/night. If you are planning on staying only Saturday night, April 7, the hotel has suggested to call the morning of and request early check in. If it is available they will get you into your room so that you have a chance to settle before the shuttle departs. Shuttles begin boarding at 3:15pm and the final shuttle leaves at 3:45pm.

Shuttles will arrive to the Ayres Hotel and Spa in Moreno Valley at 3pm. Once the first shuttle is full it will depart for the venue. The second shuttle will remain at the hotel until all guests who have registered for the shuttle have checked in or it becomes 3:45 pm. The shuttle must leave the hotel by 3:45pm to arrive to the venue in time for the ceremony to begin. If you are planning to ride the shuttle do not be late, it will not wait past 3:45pm. Country Feels Ranch is located on a dark two lane road. We want all of our guests to enjoy our open bar and get home SAFELY! If you plan on partaking in the various libations that will be offered, we are strongly encouraging you to ride the shuttle! There will be a place on the RSVP card to indicate your intention to ride the shuttle. There is ample parking at the venue for anyone who drives. Cars may also be left over night, per the venue. If anyone changes their mind about driving home Uber is available in the area.
