Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from the hotel to wedding site. Shuttles will arrive at The Ayres Hotel Moreno Valley at 3pm and immediately begin loading. The first shuttle will depart as soon as it is full. The second shuttle will depart no later than 3:45pm. If you are planning to ride the shuttle do not be late. The second shuttle will depart at exactly 3:45pm. Return trips will start at approximately 9:30 pm or as needed. The last shuttle will depart Country Feels Ranch at midnight.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue, however, we want to emphasize that getting home safely is our PRIORITY! Please keep in mind that the venue is located in a canyon. The road to get there is a dark, narrow, two lane road. Please consider riding on the shuttle that we will be providing. If you still want to drive yourself, per the venue, cars may be left overnight and picked up the next morning for anyone who feels as though they should not drive home. Uber does service the area.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want to see you in your Sunday best! This is a barn themed wedding, so have fun with your outfits and bust out those boots if you have them!

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
