When do I need to RSVP?

Please confirm your attendance through the website no later than July 20, 2024.

Can I Bring Children?

With some exceptions for family, our event will be for *adults only*.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

We will be inviting your (known) plus one to the wedding. If the guest is not known to the bride or groom, we kindly ask that you just bring yourself!

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

It will be easiest to stay close to Downtown Birmingham. The venue and tons of restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance. See the Travel section for more guidance on recommended hotels and reserved blocks.

Will the Wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors but under a tent. If it rains, the sides of the tent will be rolled down. The cocktail hour will also be outside, but in the event of bad weather, it will be held indoors. All outdoor locations will be on solid ground and not grass. Don't worry about heels sinking into the ground! The reception will take place indoors, although there is a cute garden outside of the ballroom to hang out/smoke cigars/get some fresh air after dancing!

What if I Have a Question Between 9/5-9/7?

Answer

Jimmy and I would like to be as present and in the moment as possible during our wedding. Once activities for us start on 9/5, we may not be the most responsive. We recommend that if you know someone personally in the immediate family or wedding party of Jimmy or Erica, please contact them first. If you do not, please contact the MOH, Tegan.
