Our Story

Erica and Jim first met in 2015, working for the same company. An afternoon meeting together would be intentionally drawn out to spend more time chatting with each other

Over the next few years, they became close friends - Friends that just so happened to travel on romantic getaways together

In May of 2018 was their first trip to Cabo, Mexico as "friends"

In fact, Erica had told her mom that there were additional friends joining this trip... there were not

By April 2019, their friendship blossomed into a relationship

A relationship where they would try extraordinary food with their friends

Taking additional trips to Cabo was a must!

Erica knew Jim was exceptional when he went all out in trying the Cincinnati delicacy, Skyline Chili!

They continued to venture on a cross-country road trip stopping in locations like Emery, Utah; Glenwood Springs & Vail, Colorado

They celebrated Jim's Dad's final flight as a pilot for American Airlines together with family

Jim and Erica caught a marlin in Cabo. I guess you could say they're a REEL CATCH!

Erica's first instinct was to hold the ring in the palm of her right hand so she could inspect it closer - As seen in the first photo of this page, she did allow Jim to place it on her ring finger
