What time should I arrive at the event?
Answer
The Chicago celebration starts at 5 pm CT. The charter bus will begin picking up at 4:30 pm CT. Pickups will begin at the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott hotel and around the corner on E Illinois St. at the Aloft (by Fairfield Inn & Ema) and will continue throughout the evening, Transportation Schedule Windy City Limousine shuttles will provide transportation to and from the event from each hotel lobby. Guests staying at other locations are welcome to use the shuttles. 4:30 pm – Aloft Hotel Pickup 4:40 pm – Courtyard Marriott Hotel Pickup 5:00 pm – Event drop off 5:15 pm – Aloft Hotel Pickup 5:25 pm – Courtyard Marriott Hotel Pickup 5:40 pm – Event drop off 8:30 pm – 1st Shuttle back to hotels 9:15 pm – 2nd Shuttle back to hotels 10:00 pm – Event ends, 3rd Shuttle back to hotels 10:30 pm – Final shuttle back to hotels

How do I get to and from the event?
Answer
We want everyone to get there (and home) safely—so choose whatever’s easiest for you. Shuttle Service: A complimentary shuttle will run to and from the reception, starting at 4:30 PM CT. Pickups will begin at the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott hotel and around the corner on E Illinois St. at the Aloft (by Fairfield Inn & Ema) and will continue throughout the evening, looping back and forth to the venue. Valet Parking: If you prefer to drive, complimentary valet parking is available directly at Goose Island Barrel House. Rideshare: Lyft and Uber are also quick and easy options in the city if you’d rather catch a ride on your own schedule.
