Check hours and days of operation! They are unusual! This is a great place to walk/bike/drive and enjoy the sights of beautiful south Florida flora and fauna!
This is another of the islands “must sees”! They have a staggering collection of old toys and decorations for every holiday, primarily Christmas! You do not need a reservation to eat here to see all their cool stuff. You can just walk in!
As you all probably know, the bride and groom are avid geocachers! If you’re at all curious about the hobby, go ahead and down load the app while you’re here with us and we can show you the ropes!
Captiva and Sanibel are the Seashell capitals of the country! Maybe even the world! So grab a strainer and a bucket and take a beach walk! Keep your eyes on your toes! You may find some starfish and sand dollars too!

Being on the west coast of Florida, Captiva is blessed with stunning sunsets every clear evening! Our hope for our wedding ceremony is to have a gorgeous one bestowed upon us, but if you are staying for multiple nights, I recommend finding a spot on the beach to capture the sights each night. No two sunsets are exactly alike!
