What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

4:00-4:15 PM as the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are no scheduled shuttles - Rooms are available at the ICONA Windrift (wedding venue location), and all other recommended hotels are within walking distance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available. Guests staying at the ICONA Windrift will have parking with their stay. There will be valet parking available for guests who are not staying at the Windrift hotel.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside (on the beach). The cocktail hour and reception to follow will be indoors.
