We'd recommend booking your flights in and out of SeaTac airport which is located south of Seattle. Downtown can be reached via ride share or Seattle's Light Rail system.

Hotel

We'd love for guests to all stay at the same hotel (Theodore) in the heart of Seattle but welcome our guests to stay wherever is best for them. Other hotels you may want to consider are the The Hotel Max, Palihotel, and the Maxwell Hotel. Guests interested in staying at the Hotel Theodore can use the hotel link below to receive 15% off the current rack rate and nightly activity fee waived:

Shuttle

Shuttle to/from the main hotel to the wedding venue

A shuttle will be provided from downtown to the venue. The times are TBD and here for a rough estimate to our guests.

Rental Car

Travel around Seattle is easy with RideShares (Uber/Lyft) or public transportation (bus and light rail) so no car is needed unless you want to travel outside the city. Please note, no parking will be available at the wedding venue. We encourage you to use the shuttle we will provide but you may also use a RideShare. If this creates a hardship, please reach out to us and we'll help figure it out.
