Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation says, "and Guest," then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Due to venue capacity, only children named on the invitation are invited to attend.

Answer

These quaint beaches are located on the Gulf. It is an hour from Panama City Beach and about 2 hours away from Tallahassee. These cities both have airports. They are below. Panama City - Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) Tallahassee - Tallahassee Internation Airport (TLH)

Dothan, AL is a convenient overnight stop if you’d like to break up the drive—it's about halfway and has a variety of hotels and restaurants for a comfortable stay.

When should we arrive to Florida?

Answer

We will be hosting a welcome party at the Haughty Heron at 5pm on the evening before the wedding. Guests are welcome to join with food and drinks available to purchase.

How long should we stay in Florida?

Answer

We know travel isn't possible for everyone, and we completely understand. If you can make the trip, we hope you’ll treat the wedding as a mini vacation—enjoy the beaches, local eats, and a little time away. If you can’t attend, we’ll miss you and appreciate your well wishes.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors at Salinas Park Public Beach Access. The reception will take place at a local bar about .30 miles away from the public beach access. There is ample parking at both locations.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation. The ceremony and reception are only 0.3 miles apart—an easy walk—but rideshare options are limited. Please book a rental home near the reception venue or arrange a designated driver and drink responsibly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

December temperatures typically range from the 60s to low 70s, with the possibility of dipping below 60°F in the evening. Please follow a casual to dressy-casual dress code and avoid jeans, shorts, ball caps, and sneakers. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket for cooler evenings.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We feel that we have all of our worldly possessions and that the most important gift you could give us is your presence on our wedding day. If you do wish to give us a gift, a little cash towards our honeymoon fund would go a long way. If you prefer not to use our wedding website, please contact us directly.

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony or wedding reception?

Answer

We will be doing a phone free ceremony so please enjoy the moment. Any time after that - go for it!

Question

What time should I arrive for wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. We would love for our guests to be seated and waiting by 3:45pm. The walk from the car to the beach is around 3 minutes so please allow yourself a 10-minute window to park your car, gather your belongings, grab a drink and be seated. Please remember there is no glassware allowed on the beach.
