A block of rooms at the listed hotels has been reserved for our guests at a discounted rate on a first come, first serve basis. Please reference the Hughes/Rex wedding when making your reservations by visiting the direct links provided (valid through 6/25/25). Due to local events and hotel availability, we strongly encourage booking your room well in advance! If you have any problems booking at the room block rates, please let Andy or Erica know. There are other lodging options in the West Bend area, but please note that round trip shuttle transportation to/from the reception venue will only be provided from the mentioned hotels.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport

For out of town guests, MKE is the recommended airport. The airport is approximately 45 minutes from West Bend.

Transportation

While there are rideshare services available from MKE airport, there are not as many available in West Bend so wait times may be long. A rental car is recommended, especially for those with early/late flights.

Shuttle

There will be roundtrip shuttle service departing from each of the listed hotels to Foundry 45. Hampton Inn & Suites- shuttle pick up is at 3:45PM. TownePlace Suites - shuttle pick up is at 4:15PM. Return shuttle service will resume at 9, 10, and 11:15PM.
