Horseshoe Bay Beach is probably the most photographed beach in Bermuda and has been rated the No. 8 beach in the world by Trip Advisor! Wade International Airport. Tourists rarely visit Clearwater Beach and Turtle Bay, though locals like to come here on weekends. They are both manmade beaches created by the U.S. Navy when Cooper’s Island was used as a U.S. Naval Air Station. Since 1995, the area has become the Cooper’s Island Nature Reserve, and just inland from the beaches you’ll find walking trails and a pond that are great for birdwatching. There is a bar at Clearwater and believe they rent 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for ~US$25.
