How do I RSVP?

We’d love for you to RSVP right here on our website by April 5th, 2026 — it only takes a minute! If you run into any trouble, just reach out and we’ll happily help you get sorted.

What should I wear?
Answer
There isn't a strict dress code, but think garden party vibes — classy, colorful, and comfortable for an outdoor celebration. Semi-formal attire that can handle grass and a little sunshine is perfect!

What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Answer
Rain or shine, the celebration goes on! We’ve got indoor and covered spaces ready, but keep in mind there’s some grassy terrain — so maybe skip the stilettos and go for something comfy.

Can I bring a plus one?

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space limits, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Please include any dietary restrictions when you RSVP — we’ll do our very best to make sure you’re taken care of.

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. Should you wish to give something more, presentation would be kindly appreciated.

Is there parking?

Yes! There’s plenty of parking in front of The Carriage House building at the Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede grounds — you won’t have to walk far.

Where should I stay?

We haven’t reserved a hotel block, but there are plenty of great places to stay nearby! Here are a few options relatively close to the venue: • Comfort Inn & Suites Medicine Hat – 2317 Trans Canada Way SE • Best Western Premier Executive Residency – 35 Paul Stober Drive SE • Medicine Hat Lodge – 1051 Ross Glen Drive SE If you’d prefer to stay even closer, there are camping sites located directly behind the venue with power and water hookups!
