The wedding party is mainly booked into Fairfield Inn & Suites. Conroe, TX or The Woodlands are located 30-40 miles from the venue and these towns are between the airport and Huntsville/ At the Shire. College Station hotels are 50 miles from Huntsville. * Let us know where you’re staying- so we might also greet you with a welcome bag at check-in, from the bride and groom.

IAH Rental Car Center
There is a very convenient Rental Car Shuttle to take you from your terminal/outside baggage claim. Look for Rental Car Shuttle on signs in the baggage claim area to lead you outside to the correct area- this shuttle is very dependable, but there is construction in some areas of the airport.

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)
IAH is located 60 miles from Huntsville and 90 miles from College Station. The Woodlands, a busy, upscale community is located halfway between the airport and Huntsville. There is a great, modern rental car facility accessed through the rental Car Shuttle service (listed above).

Easterwood Airport, College Station, Texas (CLL)
Easterwood Airport serves Texas A&M University and the greater Bryan-College Station area. There is only one carrier: American Airlines, usually connecting through Dallas, Texas. There is a rental car facility in- terminal you can book in advance. Huntsville is 50 miles away; a BEAUTIFUL drive into the East Texas piney woods, and Davy Crockett National Forest.
